WTC Educational Scholarships
WTC Scholarship Program: Overview
The WTC Scholarship Program provides financial support to young scholars pursuing STEM education. Funding for this initiative is derived from residual sponsorship funds received for our Annual Sessions event. The program’s continuation and award levels are contingent upon sponsor contributions and may vary annually based on fund availability. As sponsorship and membership revenues grow, WTC remains committed to sustaining this vital program.
Eligibility & Award Details:
Recipients of the award are students aged 16 to 19 who are enrolled in STEM degree programs. Selection is based on a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence and a clear explanation of how the applicant's educational and career goals will contribute positively to society. The award covers at least 60% of the tuition fees for the academic year.
Priority Consideration:
Particular emphasis is placed on supporting applicants from low-income backgrounds who are ineligible for government student finance, as well as candidates who have had limited prior access to high-quality educational resources.
