H.E. Ambassador Vincent Y.C. Tsai to Contribute Taiwan’s Perspective to the 5th Session of the World Technology Congress in Lake Como

Ambassador Vincent Y.C. Tsai, Taiwan’s Representative to Italy, will contribute to the 5th Session of the World Technology Congress, held from 22–24 April 2026 at Villa Carminati Di Resta, Lake Como.
